The Agile Leadership Paradox

Control is an illusion. The same goes for giving people complete freedom. So how does Agile Leadership work exactly? What does leadership of the future mean to you and your organization? On Tuesday, November 20, Conclusion Implementation facilitated a boost camp on The Agile Leadership Paradox from their Academy. Three speakers took the participants into their own paradox, and then in workshops to discover how to deal with this as a leader of the future.

Are you ready to facilitate your employees? Do you doubt between driving and letting go? Are you still searching in your new role as a coaching leader who gives your team direction, drive and strength? These and other questions were discussed on 20 November 2018 during an exciting session on Agile Leadership.
