On 23 May the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment organized the meeting Get Started with Attitude! as part of the campaign Safe Working with Hazardous Substances. Branches and companies were inspired by practical examples, a lecture about important drivers of behavior and interesting workshops on the application of behavioral knowledge.

The aim of the congress was to inspire participants and to let them practice with insights from behavioral psychology and their use in the prevention of occupational diseases due to hazardous substances. How do you gain insight into conscious and unconscious motives and how do you achieve the desired behavioral change when working safer and healthier with hazardous substances? To creatively summarize the insights of the meeting, Comic House live cartoonist Hans Klaver watched the entire afternoon. The meeting ended with his humorous view of the behavioral insights.
