Capgemini – UWV eServices

Live cartoonist Maaike Hartjes attended a Capgemini session today, concerning the completion of a transitional phase for the UWV. This was successful, and during the session it was reviewed. In addition, participants were looking forward to the future. A management and development plan was drawn up for this.

Participants partnered up to determine which key activities should be carried out in the next two years to make it a success. The domain in which this all happened was UWV eServices, consisting of the websites uwv.nl and werk.nl

During a short presentation, Maaike drew visual minutes on whiteboard. In addition, she created 10 large cartoons while the participants made plans for a new form of collaboration for the rest of the afternoon. In particular, the many solutions, bottlenecks, goals and new ideas of the participants were summarized in colorful cartoons with a little extra topping of humor.
