On December 4 Peter Koch gave a workshop for the Business Analysts department of Capgemini. During their group event they wanted to learn basic techniques of scribing. They are often on location at customers and frequently take notes during meetings. It is of course nice if these notes (on a large board) are made slightly different than just bullet points.
The setup of this workshop is a short general introduction, but we try to use the time as optimally as possible by getting people to work. Afterwards the participants will receive a reference book.
