Open Education Data Day

Live cartoonists Michiel van de Pol and Maaike Hartjes were guests in Amsterdam on the occasion of the Open Education Data Day. Together with the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, Waag Society organized an event about the possibilities offered by open education data.

In small groups teachers, pupils, school leaders, parents and data experts went on expedition together in publicly available data, in order to discover connections and make data-stories. For this reason they made a data-expedition toolkit. The toolkit is available for everyone to be able to organize open data expeditions.
