On 4 November 2019, communication specialist Maud van de Ven from Involve organized an intensive ICT work session. It was a session in which a number of IT people were discussed about the projects that are taking place in the coming period and how they have an impact on the organization. This was all depicted in a visual process plate by live cartoonist Gertjan Kleijne. A Rich Picture that will also be used for internal communication later on in the process .
